Gwynne began her journey at Pendlebury in 2010, moving from receptionist to stylist to salon owner after purchasing the business from her mentor. While running the salon with her husband, Ben, and raising two kiddos, she finds joy in the outdoors, music festivals, shoe shopping, and reviving indoor plants. Her travels have enriched her skills, allowing her to bring fresh industry insights back to Heritage. With a keen eye for detail and genuine care for each and every client, Gwynne looks forward to welcoming you to the salon!
Sometimes called the color nerd, Tiffany’s areas of expertise is everything color. From color theory, application technique, to color corrections - Tiffany can do it all! And with focus one education, she strives to give her clients the knowledge they need to recreate the looks they want at home for that extra bit of confidence. Her career began in Austin, TX where she completed an apprenticeship at an Aveda Salon and worked for 3.5 years. But she found her way to Bloomington and has loved the intimate studio space of Heritage ever since. Tiffany loves traveling with her wife and daughter to new and exciting destinations and she also loves her dog Judy Noodle and her cat Dolly.
Our resident English lass, Sarah, is not only licensed in Indiana, but also in the UK! She is a dual citizen is a whiz with clipper, enjoys precision haircuts, great with color transformations, makes beautiful blondes and can bang out a textured hair blowout. She is a fully devoted to her 3 wonderful children and when not with them, she enjoys a social evening out in her small town, Bloomfield, IN. She misses the UK but loves being at Heritage for the last ___ years. After 12 years in the industry, she still loves continuing to grow her craft as a stylist. She is also head chair of our Community Outreach Program. Don’t forget to ask her what we are working on in the salon!
Sydney’s passion for hair began at a young age, leading her to pursue a Cosmetology Degree at just 16. She thrives in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients alongside our talented team. Sydney loves expressing her creative it’s through hair artistry and finds joy in helping others feel confident and beautiful. She is looking forward to learning from her colleagues and expanding her skills behind the chair. Outside of the salon, she enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends. Her motto is, “ Listen to the people who love you.”
Meet Morgan - a hairstylist who’s been crafting effortlessly cool hair for the past three years. She specializes in lived-in color, shaggy cuts, soft layers, and bold color blocking that makes a statement without the high maintenance. Morgan’s signature style blends a touch of edge with laid-back ease, so every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and completely themselves. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll probably find her chasing live music, sipping on a blueberry redbull, and vibing to everything from heavy metal and country to old-school funk. If you’re looking for hair with personality and a stylist who’s keeps things fun and real - Morgan’s your girl!
Courtney has a passion for organic lived-in color and styles and curly textures; working closely with clients to craft looks that enhance their beauty and express their individuality. Courtney values eco-friendly practices and mindful of the ingredients used in hair care. Growing up in Spencer, IN, she began cutting and coloring hair as a teen, even highlighting friends’ hair. Outside of the salon, she loves traveling and making memories with her family. Courtney enjoys crocheting and baking all the things.

This is Laura. She is our Front of House Coordinator. She helps us with the business side of things - inventory, managing stylists, ….. Laura is a professional photographer and helps us thrive in our creative space. She loves supporting local businesses and finding farmer’s markets right here in the Midwest. She loves traveling with her high school sweetheart and hubby of 9 years, Richard.
